Yes, if you would like to view, we can make the necessary arrangement. However, some providers will not allow a viewing if the apatment is occupied as they want to respect the privacy of the in-house guests. Others will need to notify tenants by giving 24 or 48 hour notice.

8. Do I have to sign a contract?
Normally not, but there are exceptions and we will advice you accordingly at the time of enquiry.
9. Do I have to pay a deposit?
No, we don’t take any deposit from our guest But since this is your second home, then we expect you to keep it right way but In case of emerging any kind of damages, breakages as well as carelessness regarding any piece of the building or substance available in the apartment, Guest are obligated to pay the cost(s) of repair. Fail to pay for damages, could realize legitimate action against guest.

11. How many people can stay in each apartment?
The maximum number of guests in each apartment is specified in the price tables. In some an extra bed can be provided for an additional cost, but as Fire & Safety regulations must be respected at all times, the number of guests cannot exceed the number of people the apartment has been booked for.
12. Do you accept group bookings?
Yes, we do. However, groups are often subject to different Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy than those published on our website. Please ask us at the time of enquiry.
13. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-out is usually before 10 am and check-in after 11 am, but this may vary. Please check each feature page for details. Guests arriving early in the morning, are recommended to book the apartment from the night before to ensure guaranteed early check-in.
14. Are the prices per person or per apartment?
Prices are for the apartment rather than per person, however the number of persons permitted to occupy an apartment is limited to the number of beds provided. If you enter your arrival date, number of people and number of nights, the price will be calculated for you automatically.
15. What happens if I need to cancel?
Guaranteed Room Reservations not cancelled 72 hours before arrival would attract a retention charge equivalent to one night’s room tariff. In the event of a cancellation before 72 hrs, please retain the cancellation number, to ensure that no retention charge is levied.
The cancellation policy for group reservation ( more than 2 rooms) is as under:
Booking cancelled within 30 days of confirmation retention will not be charged.
Booking cancelled after 30 days of confirmation one day retention will be charged for all the rooms confirmed.
The no of rooms cancelled two weeks prior to the conference full retention for the entire period of booking will be charged.
16. What if I don't like the apartment when I arrive?
Though we mentioned and displayed the pictures and details clearly on our website. Still, if you don’t like our apartment, you are completely free to go, but the customer would need to pay charges according to the cancellation policy.
17. How and when do I pay the remaining balance?
At a time of check in by card or cash We are not in a position to accept personal Cheque and a signing facility is extended only to those corporate accounts that have a credit facility with the respective Service apartment.
18. How much do I pay to make the booking?

19. Are pets welcome?
